When i ordered this item i had a one week old and a two year old at home so i didn’t realize what was actually shipped. The product listed case of 4 and i only recieved one package of 23 diapers for 46.00. When i called Amazon more than a month later to ask about it because i didn’t realize it was supposed to be 4 packages until then, they quickly said they would send me a new order with no additional charge. I was very impressed with their customer service, but make sure you check your diaper packages when they arrive in the mail and make sure you see the exact description of what you are buying.

I thought I’d try these even though I have been using the Huggies Overnights for months. But, for during the day, I had been a Pampers fan (pre-Dry Max) and thought maybe the Pampers Extra Protection diapers would be really good too. Wrong! I only used these diapers one night because they opened up (or my son was somehow able to get them to open ie. get at the absorbent filling). When I went to get him up in the morning there was that filling stuff all over his crib and I’m sure he was eating it (as he tends to put EVERYTHING in his mouth). So, I called poison control to make sure whatever that stuff is was not toxic (it isn’t). But, what a mess! Never ever again will I use those. So, I am back to using the Huggies Overnights and I think they work pretty darn well (most of the time). So, I would not recommend these to anyone!

My son pees through regular diapers at night. Even if I go up a size in diapers, he still wets through. This is the only thing that I’ve found that helps protect him all night long. A must for any child who pees a lot at night!

These diapers work great! My son sleeps 10 or more hours a night and he wakes up dry. No problems. The diapers do their job.
I tried these Pampers after I tried the cheaper Huggies overnights. Using Huggies, my son was waking up soaked EVERY morning–or worse, in the middle of the night–even when I tried to go up to the next diaper size for more absorbancy. After switching to Pampers, we haven’t had problems.
I don’t mind paying a little more for something that really works!

We’ve used Luvs since our son was born and been perfectly happy with their performance and their price vs. the bigger name brands. We’re now using diapers only during sleep, and the Luvs were leaking through almost every night, even though he was almost always waking up to be changed once during the night. I tried Pampers Extra Protection and he’s slept through the night and woken with dry clothes ever since. I originally balked at the much higher price of the Pampers, but since we’re using half as many diapers per night as we were before (and washing the pajamas less often) it’s actually more economical. These diapers are way overkill for naptime, so we still have Luvs on hand for that.
He likes the Sesame Street characters, too, which made the transition to a new brand easy.
